Not following instructions, lacking personal aptitude, or refusing to put in the work required to implement automation or marketing strategies are not the faults of Ngauge Studios. The Company provides all the necessary tools and frameworks to streamline automation, marketing, and sales processes, but actual results depend on individual effort and execution.
Finally, clients acknowledge that the Company will not find clients for them. While strategic insights and automation frameworks are provided, the Company does not guarantee that a client’s work will meet market expectations. If recommendations are provided to third parties, Ngauge Studios cannot ascertain the final outcome of such engagements.
Users should understand that purchasing a service from this website does not automatically make them experts in AI automation, Meta Ads, or funnel building. Success depends on the effort, skill development, and consistency applied by each user.

REFUND POLICY

The digital products, consulting services, and coaching programs provided by the Company are not physical products that can be returned. Once access is granted, due to the proprietary nature of the copyrighted content, Ngauge Studios maintains a strict no refund policy.

No user/customer shall engage in fraudulent activity. The Company reserves the right to revoke access to digital content and services without warning or refund if a user is found guilty of fraudulent activities, including but not limited to:
(a) Copying, reproducing, or distributing course or service materials.
(b) Sharing login credentials to grant unauthorized access.
(c) Engaging in piracy or unauthorized reselling of content.
(d) Soliciting other clients or users for personal gains unrelated to the service.

Swathy Sreekumar, the founder of Ngauge Studios, has invested years of expertise into developing these digital products and services. While the Company does not guarantee success in every circumstance, it has been consistently demonstrated that the proper application of the tools and frameworks provided leads to effective automation and business scaling.

DELIVERY POLICY

We offer non-tangible, irrevocable services and do not issue refunds once the service is purchased. As a customer, you acknowledge this policy upon purchasing any service from Ngauge Studios.

Major Defects
Although all services and digital products are thoroughly researched before release, unexpected issues may occur. If you encounter any defects, please contact us for support. We reserve the right to rectify the issue within 72 hours; however, no refunds will be issued for such defects. 

In some cases, temporary access to your web host/server may be requested by our technical team for troubleshooting. Refusal to provide such access may delay the resolution of the issue. If access is not granted, Ngauge Studios will not be held responsible for unresolved technical issues.
Please note that we do not bear any responsibility for compatibility issues with third-party tools or systems and, therefore, do not process refund/exchange requests based on such incompatibility.
